This standard drinks calculator tool is designed to provide an esitame of the number of standard alcoholic drinks contained in a given beverage based on the information provided. This standard drinks calculator should never be used as a substitute for a professional advice or guidance.
2.Limitations
The results provided by this tool are approximate.
It is important to note that the legal definition of a "standard drink" may vary by country. For the purposes of this tool, we use the Health Hub Singapore definition for a "standard drink", defined as containing 10 grams of pure alcohol (ethanol). This amount of alcohol can be found in a can (330ml) of beer at 5% ABV, half a glass (100ml) of wine at 15% ABV, or a measure (30ml) of spirit at 40% ABV.
